Ingredients
- Sugar
- Wheat flour
- Cocoa powder
- Baking powder
- Modified milk ingredients
- Vegetable oil (canola and/orsoya)
- Modified corn starch
- Salt
- Natural flavour
- Carboxymethylcellulose
- Artificial colour (allura red AC)
Recipe
- 1000g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Red Velvet
- 350g of Eggs
- 300g of Oil
- 225g of Water
Application Method
- Mix all ingredients at medium speed for 5 min.
- Spread two thin layers on baking paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-12 min., with closed damper.
- Store in a dry place (R.H.: max 65%) between 5 - 25 °C
