Working Method


Baked Cheesecream


Frosting:

Soften the cheese and add the hot cream. Add the eggs, white eggs and yellow eggs and sugar then add the flour at the end


Biscuit:

Same recipe as the frozen cheesecake or you can put 400g Digestive with 200g of Butter


Bake for 75 minutes at 100 °C
